Blooming Onion Sauce

Here’s a killer Blooming Onion Sauce recipe—just like the one you get at Outback Steakhouse, but even better when made fresh!

Blooming Onion Sauce Recipe (Copycat Outback Sauce)

Ingredients:

• ½ cup mayonnaise

• 2 tablespoons ketchup

• 2 tablespoons horseradish (prepared, not cream-style)

• ½ teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet)

• ½ teaspoon garlic powder

• ¼ teaspoon onion powder

• ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Mix it up:

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until completely smooth and blended.

2. Chill it:

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (an hour is better!) to let the flavors meld.

3. Serve:

Use as a dip for blooming onion, fries, onion rings, chicken tenders—or anything fried!

Tips:

• Want it spicier? Add more cayenne or a dash of hot sauce.

• If you love a zesty kick, add an extra spoonful of horseradish.

• It keeps well in the fridge for 5–7 days.

Let me know if you want the actual Blooming Onion recipe to go with it!
