Ingredients
For the Main Dish:
• 1 ½ lbs steak (sirloin, ribeye, or chuck), cut into bite-sized pieces
• 2 lbs potatoes (russet or Yukon gold), diced into 1-inch chunks
• 1 small onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• ½ cup beef broth
For the Toppings:
• 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
• ¼ cup green onions, chopped
• ½ cup sour cream (for serving)
Instructions
1. Prepare Ingredients:
• Dice steak into bite-sized cubes and potatoes into even chunks.
2. Layer in Crockpot:
• Spray crockpot with cooking spray.
• Add half the potatoes, then half the steak.
• Sprinkle with half of the seasonings and half the diced onions.
• Repeat with remaining potatoes, steak, and seasonings.
3. Add Liquid & Cook:
• Drizzle Worcestershire sauce and beef broth over everything.
• Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are fork-tender and steak is cooked through.
4. Add Cheese & Bacon:
• Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
• Cover and cook for another 5–10 minutes until cheese is melted.
• Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and green onions.
