Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional, for heat)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Season the chicken bites with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup reserved pasta water (if needed)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet (or a new one), melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen it.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
