FROZEN S’MORES CHEESECAKE

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup whipped cream (optional)
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup chocolate sauce
  • Crushed graham crackers (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Make the Crust:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
  1. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
  • Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  1. Combine:
  • Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the cooled crust.
  • Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  1. Add Topping:
  • Once frozen, remove from the freezer and cut into bars.
  • If desired, top with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, chocolate sauce, and crushed graham crackers.
  1. Serve:
