Ingredients

For the Steak and Potatoes:

• 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

• 2 medium russet potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 1 teaspoon salt

• ½ teaspoon black pepper

• ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

• ½ teaspoon garlic powder

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

• 3 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

• ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Prep the Potatoes:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.

3. Place them in the air fryer basket and cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
