Sausage Hashbrown  Casserole

Here’s a delicious Sausage Hashbrown Casserole recipe!

Ingredients:

• 1 lb breakfast sausage (pork or turkey)

• 1 bag (30 oz) frozen shredded hashbrowns (thawed)

• 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or cream of cheddar soup

• 1 cup sour cream

• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

• 1/2 cup milk

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1/2 tsp black pepper

• 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

• 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.

3. Mix ingredients – In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, cooked sausage, soup, sour cream, 1 ½ cups of cheese, milk, and seasonings. Mix well.

4. Assemble casserole – Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining ½ cup of cheese.

5. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

6. Serve & enjoy!
