EASY  BROCCOLI SALAD

Here’s an Easy Broccoli Salad recipe that’s fresh, crunchy, and perfect for a side dish or light meal!

Ingredients:

• 4 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped

• ½ cup red onion, finely chopped

• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

• ½ cup bacon bits (or crumbled cooked bacon)

• ½ cup sunflower seeds (optional)

• ½ cup raisins (or dried cranberries for a twist)

For the Dressing:

• ½ cup mayonnaise

• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

• 1 tablespoon milk

• Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Salad Ingredients:

• In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, red onion, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, sunflower seeds, and raisins (if using).

2. Make the Dressing:

• In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.

3. Combine and Toss:
