• 1 lb (450g) smoked sausage or breakfast sausage, sliced
• 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

• 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup sour cream
• ½ cup milk
• 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon onion powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
• 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing the dish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
2. Cook Sausage & Onion: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage and onion until browned. Drain any excess grease.
