• 1 cup (100g) crushed Ritz crackers (or breadcrumbs)
• ½ cup (120ml) milk
• 2 large eggs
• ½ cup (80g) finely chopped onion
• ½ cup (80g) finely chopped green bell pepper (optional)
• 1 cup (115g) shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon dried oregano
For the Glaze:
• ½ cup (120ml) ketchup
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

Step 1: Prepare the Meat Mixture
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, crushed crackers, milk, eggs, onion, bell pepper, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix gently until well combined—don’t overmix!
