Ingredients:

• 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

• ¼ cup granulated sugar

• ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

• 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

• ½ cup granulated sugar

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 cup heavy whipping cream

For the Pineapple Topping:

• 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

• ½ cup granulated sugar

• 1 tbsp cornstarch

• ¼ cup water

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Crust:

• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

• In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.

• Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan.

• Bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool.

2. Make the Cream Cheese Filling:

• In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

• Add sugar and vanilla, mixing until creamy.

• In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

• Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

3. Prepare the Pineapple Topping:

• In a saucepan, combine crushed pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, and water.

• Cook over medium heat until thickened (about 5 minutes). Let cool.

4. Assemble the Pie:

• Spread the cooled pineapple topping over the cream cheese layer.
