Quick and Easy Homemade Bread Using Your Air Fryer

Here’s a quick and easy air fryer bread recipe—no oven needed!

Ingredients:

• 2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 tsp salt

• 1 tsp sugar

• 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast

• ¾ cup warm water

• 1 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for greasing)

Instructions:

1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.

2. Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

3. Knead: Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.

4. First Rise: Cover the dough and let it rise for 30-40 minutes until doubled in size.

5. Shape & Second Rise: Shape the dough into a small loaf or rolls, place in a greased air fryer-safe pan, and let rise for another 15 minutes.

6. Air Fry: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Cook for 15-20 minutes, checking for a golden-brown crust.

7. Cool & Serve: Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
