Million Dollar Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

4½ cups chopped cooked chicken
4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup cottage cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 (10.5 oz) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon dried onion powder
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
5 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
Prepare the Chicken Mixture:

In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and well combined.
Stir in the chopped cooked chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated with the mixture.
Assemble the Casserole:

Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Make the Topping:

In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter, mixing until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Sprinkle the buttery cracker topping over the chicken mixture.
Bake:

Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
Cool and Serve:

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
