- 1 cup (100g) seasoned breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1/2 cup (120ml) chicken broth

Instructions
Prepare the Pork Chops:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes:
- Dish 1: Flour
- Dish 2: Beaten eggs
- Dish 3: Breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each pork chop in flour, then dip into the egg, and finally press into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring even coverage.
Cook the Pork Chops:

- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10–15 minutes or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove and let rest while preparing the sauce.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the chicken broth and heavy cream, scraping up any browned bits from the skillet.
- Let the sauce simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in parsley and lemon juice (if using) and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:
- Plate the pork chops and drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the top.
- Garnish with additional parsley and serve with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a crisp salad.
