These Cheesy Beefy Rolls are a deliciously savory snack or main dish. Packed with seasoned ground beef and gooey cheese, wrapped in soft, golden dough, they’re perfect for family dinners, game days, or a quick grab-and-go treat!


Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

For the rolls:

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (or pizza dough)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven:
Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Cook the filling:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft.
  • Add garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese and cream cheese until melted and combined. Let the mixture cool slightly.

3️⃣ Prepare the dough:

  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles (or cut the pizza dough into rectangles).
  • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on the wide end of each piece of dough.

4️⃣ Roll it up:

  • Roll each piece of dough tightly, starting from the wide end and tucking the edges as you go to seal the filling inside.

5️⃣ Bake the rolls:

  • Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.

6️⃣ Garnish and serve:

  • Optional: Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh finish.
  • Serve warm with dipping sauces like marinara, ranch, or queso.

Tips

  • Add diced jalapeños or red pepper flakes to the filling for a spicy kick.
  • Swap cheddar for pepper jack, gouda, or your favorite melting cheese.
