Instructions

  1. Sauté the Beef:
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add the beef strips and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until browned.
    • Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Cook the Vegetables:
    • In the same skillet, add the onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
    • Add the garlic and mushrooms and sauté until the mushrooms release their moisture and become tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Make the Sauce:
    • Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms and onion mixture, stirring well to coat.
