Famous Crab Bombs

Ingredients:

โ€ข 1 lb lump crab meat (preferably fresh, picked over for shells)

โ€ข 1/4 cup mayonnaise

โ€ข 1 tsp Dijon mustard

โ€ข 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

โ€ข 1 tsp lemon juice

โ€ข 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

โ€ข 1/2 tsp garlic powder

โ€ข 1 egg, beaten

โ€ข 1/4 cup crushed Ritz crackers (or use panko for a lighter texture)
