Famous Crab Bombs
Ingredients:
โข 1 lb lump crab meat (preferably fresh, picked over for shells)
โข 1/4 cup mayonnaise
โข 1 tsp Dijon mustard
โข 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
โข 1 tsp lemon juice
โข 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
โข 1/2 tsp garlic powder
โข 1 egg, beaten
โข 1/4 cup crushed Ritz crackers (or use panko for a lighter texture)

โข 2 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing or drizzling)

1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease it.
2. In a large bowl, gently combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay, lemon juice, Worcestershire, garlic powder, beaten egg, crackers, and parsley. Donโt overmix โ keep the crab in big chunks if possible.
